Key Responsibilities

  • Independently or as part of a team contacts/visits existing and/or prospective customers

  • Identifies customer needs and assists in developing and implementing sales strategies

  • Assists in customer demonstrations with product business group representatives

  • Communicate and present Applied Materials product roadmaps and capabilities to the customer as well as communicating and presenting the customers technology needs to product business group representatives

  • Assists in preparing product pricing quotes and documentation needed to book an order. May assist in negotiating final pricing.

  • Conducts follow-up on accounts receivables

  • Maintains appropriate coverage and documentation for all assigned customers. Maintains summaries of customer visits. Develops customer specific action plans and completes them on a timely basis.

Requirements

  • Past working experiences in semiconductor industry

  • In-depth understanding and knowledge of semiconductor process

  • Kept updated with semiconductor news and happenings around the globe

  • Had worked with stakeholders/ customers of all levels

  • Problem-solver proactive and resourceful

  • Fluent communication and positive interpersonal skills

  • 10% travelling requirements
