We are looking for a self-motivated individual preferably with Housing Management experience to manage safeguarding and complex anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases ensuring a strong customer focus at all times.
What you will be doing:
Managing all safeguarding and complex ASB cases for the Home Team ensuring legislation is followed and focusing on long term solutions.
Managing cases where a greater focus or intervention is required.
Working alongside the generic Housing Officers to ensure that comprehensive consistent services are provided to our customers ensuring they are at the heart of everything we do.
Working closely with internal and external partners to ensure a seamless and wholistic offering to customers.
Ensuring that tenancies are managed appropriately according to the circumstances of the household making referrals and signposting for support as necessary.
