We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.
Your main responsibilities as a Customer Support Specialist:
- Listen to customers questions and concerns and provide answers and solutions;
- offer the most complete and qualitative answers by handling level 1 customer requests by telephone.
- Ensure follow-up of customer requests and respect commitments made and work closely with in-house teams and make suggestions to optimize our internal processes.
- Handling calls emails chats and back-office tasks.
The ideal candidate is a fluent French speaker (C2). This project does not require English.
Wed be more than happy if you have:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and be a team player.
- Will to work from the office in Braga (100% on-site)
We offer:
- Base salary of 930 per 14 months (or 1085 per 12 moths you decide!)
- meal allowance of around 7 Euros per day (around 150 Euros per month) - paid in full each month
- Performance bonus up to 150 per 12 months
- Transport allowance 20 per month
