Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Premium Journey Advisor to join our team in Lisbon Portugal. As a Premium Journey Advisor you will be responsible for creating and managing personalized travel itineraries for our high-end clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their travel preferences and provide them with exceptional service throughout their journey.

Responsibilities:

- Create and manage personalized travel itineraries for high-end clients including flights accommodations activities and transportation

- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and provide recommendations and suggestions based on their interests

- Handle all aspects of the booking process including reservations payments and confirmations

- Coordinate with hotels tour operators and other vendors to ensure smooth and seamless travel experiences for clients

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new destinations to provide clients with the most current and unique travel options

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company

- Handle any issues or concerns that may arise during the clients travels and provide timely and effective solutions

- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve and enhance the companys services and offerings

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Tourism or related field (not required)

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury travel planning or a similar role

- Extensive knowledge of travel destinations accommodations and activities particularly in Portugal and Europe

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking software

- Fluent in English knowledge of other languages is a plus

- Passion for travel and providing exceptional service to clients

Contract Details:

This is a full-time permanent position based in Lisbon Portugal. The employee will be expected to work on their own schedule.
