一行政支持
- 快递及文件收发确保及时准确
- 安排会议室协调会议设备及相关支持
二办公环境与设施管理
- 监督办公空间布局协调家具打印机网络安装
- 协助主管管理行政设施维护计划跟进维修保养处理
- 确保办公环境符合安全及卫生标准
三后勤服务管理
- 行政班车管理更新班车路线和时间表管理日常班车安全协调供应商处理费用核对
- 保洁服务管理监督清洁团队工作质量管理清洁用品采购确保办公环境符合5S要求整洁
- 餐饮服务管理管理茶歇区员工餐厅服务确保食品安全和供应及时
四物资与供应链管理
- 监控并订购办公用品茶歇区物资维护供应商关系控制成本
五访客与前台支持
- 一般接待访客安排会议及相关支持
六财务与数据支持
- 协助处理报价发票及采购流程维护数据库和联系人列表
任职要求
- 大专及以上学历行政管理或相关专业优先
- 熟悉办公软件WordExcelPowerPointPower BI Power Apps具备良好的沟通协调能力
- 有设施管理或后勤服务经验者优先
