Join our Customer Service team for a 30 June 2026 secondment as Manager Capability and Development. Youll design and implement scalable frameworks that strengthen workforce capability align with strategic priorities and support career progression. Collaborate across enterprise Talent teams to deliver innovative learning solutions that make a real difference.
What Youll Do
- Develop and implement capability strategies that align with Customer Service priorities and enterprise talent goals
- Design scalable frameworks and programs that uplift critical skills and support long-term workforce planning
- Partner with stakeholders across Customer Service and Talent teams to identify gaps and deliver cost-effective learning solutions
- Evaluate program effectiveness using engagement performance and retention metrics to guide continuous improvement
- Scan market trends to introduce future-fit learning approaches and digital solutions that enhance employee experience
What Youll Bring
- Experience aligning capability-building initiatives with business strategy and future workforce needs
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across diverse teams
- Knowledge of adult learning principles instructional design and contemporary development approaches
- Ability to assess learning needs and translate insights into scalable cost-effective solutions
- Familiarity with evaluating learning effectiveness through data and performance metrics
