An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Learning Pathways RN.

You will provide support education to students trainees and Graduates throughout their learning journey to ensure that achievement of learning objectives and development of their clinical skills.

Youll also make an impact by:

Collaborating with your colleagues and Manager to develop content and effective ways of working achieving and measuring great results for the Learning Pathways team.
Supporting and promoting relationships with key stakeholders to enable working as one team.
Supporting site staff with student placements supporting team mentors site communications and ad hoc student support as required such as backfilling LP Coordinator role.

What youll bring

To succeed in this role you will have:

Current unrestricted AHPRA registration.
Extensive experience in a clinical setting.
Willingness to undertake facilitation training with our education partners as required.
Current drivers license.
Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or be willing to obtain one.

Youll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following:

TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Experience within Aged Care sector.
Knowledge of assessment processes for students both in written and electronic forms.
