Job Summary

Job Opportunity: Locum to Perm - Physician - Sleep Medicine

Join a leading healthcare facility in Greenville South Carolina as a Sleep Medicine Physician. This position offers the chance to provide patient-centered care in a collaborative environment focusing on improved access to sleep medicine services. The practice is within the Bon Secours Mercy Health network encompassing a well-equipped clinic that interprets sleep studies and follows up with patients. You will work alongside an experienced team of two sleep medicine physicians and six advanced practice providers.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluations for sleep disorders.
Interpret sleep studies and follow up with patients post-study.
Manage and treat conditions such as Obstructive Sleep Apnea Insomnia and Narcolepsy.
Engage in patient education and develop individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
Utilize the Epic EMR system for documentation and patient management.

Qualifications:

Board Certified in Sleep Medicine (required).
Active South Carolina medical license (required).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).

License and Certification Requirements:

Board Certified in Sleep Medicine.
Current and valid SC medical license.
BLS certification is mandatory.
