Our approach to R&D


As a Specialist Feasibility Analytics you will support study teams in creating data-driven insights and modeling to optimize clinical trial strategies. This role involves data mining and analysis of internal and external sources to generate actionable intelligence for clinical operations planning and feasibility activities. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Performs data mining and analysis of clinical trial epidemiology real-world diversity & inclusivity pricing & reimbursement and publicly available data sources.
  • Generate and communicate the actionable intelligence generated from current and emerging data sources on clinical trials at a global country and site level.
  • Work with the study and project teams to provide data informed for the clinical operational plan.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to integrate clinical trial intelligence and insights into asset and study strategy and planning.
  • Understand and communicate the value of using diverse data insights.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing process or tool changes that speed start-up or improve decision quality.



Why you
Basic Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in life sciences statistics public health healthcare management or related field.
  • 2 years experience in clinical trial feasibility clinical operations or related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with practical experience using Excel and data visualisation tools with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of the drug development process and relevant industry guidelines (FDA ICH-GCP)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Clear concise communicator able to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model with regular time in the Poland office.


Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics it would be a plus:

  • Experience with industry clinical trial data sources (e.g. CiteLine DQS TriNetX).
  • Experience with clinical trial recruitment modeling tools advanced analytics.
  • Knowledge of basic statistical concepts and their application to feasibility estimates.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across study teams.
  • Experience of work in a matrix environment.
