Legal Secretary Private Client
Frome
Full-time Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Competitive dependent on experience
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Secretarys to provide administrative and secretarial support within our clients busy private client department in their Fromeoffice. This is a key role that requires strong organisational skills a professional telephone manner and the ability to handle client interactions with confidence and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to fee earners in the department
- Accurate typing and audio typing of correspondence and legal documents
- Handling incoming calls and liaising with clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Managing diaries booking appointments and maintaining client records
- Assisting with file management and general office duties as required
The Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent typing and audio typing skills with strong attention to detail
- Previous experience within a legal firm - ideally within conveyancing or private client depts
- Confident communication skills and a professional telephone manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
- A proactive and organised approach to workload management
