岗位目标: 操作数控设备完成一系列组合机加工机加工件清洗和磨削加工操作

岗位职责:

1设定和操作数控设备完成一系列组合机加工操作执行一系列完全由编程控制进给量速度和循环等的组合机加工操作

2如有需要能绕过编程的控制进给量速度等精心偏差调整的组合机加工操

3可能需要手工操作设备进行返工或者补加工遗漏的操作甚至完成加工整个零件

4能解读机器流程工具布局编程指令并能按操作设备需要打印出相关信息

5参与班前流程改进对话积极提出生产中发现的问题和建议认真听取主管的各项要求

6严格执行岗位PPE的穿戴规定严格遵守各项安全规定避免安全伤害事故的发生

7积极参与发现生产过程中存在的问题和风险积极提交持续改进建议卡 .

8按时完成公司要求的各项培训自主完成对工作有益的其他培训

9主动学习CPSLean和6 Sigma的知识并将相关知识应用到工作中

10严格执行标准化工作流程及其他各项质量管理规定避免质量缺陷的发生

11积极配合质量管理人员分析发生质量问题的根本原因并按要求执行改进措施避免类似问题再次发生

12严格按照计划实施生产努力提高工作效率

13当因原材料设备及质量等原因导致生产中断时应及时报告生产主管或领班以便尽快恢复生产或安排其他生产任务

14按要求完成5S和TPM (全面生产力维护) 工作

15积极关注成本节约努力消除工作中的各项浪费

16严格执行公司的其他各项规章制度及时完成主管或领班安排的其他工作其他工作

背景/经验:

1为人正直良好的人际沟通能力强烈的责任心和团队精神

2中专及以上学历机械专业优先. 能读懂机械图纸了解通常的技术要求

3能使用精密测量工具量具等等

4具备良好的5S和TPM (全员生产维护) 理念

5具备简单的英语阅读能力

6具备简单的计算机操作能力

JOB PURPOSE: Operates numerically controlled machines washing and grinding to perform a combination of machining operations.

JOB DUTIES:

1Sets up and operates numerically controlled machines to perform a combination of machining operations where the feeds speeds and cycle are fully controlled by encoded instructions.

Overrides speeds feeds and adjusts offsets as required.

3May be required to operate machine manually to perform rework missed operations or complete machining of piece parts.

4Interprets machining programs tool layouts encoded instructions and prints as necessary to operate machines.

5Participates in pre-shift PID (Process Improvement Dialogue) raise the issues and suggestions per the past production and follow all requirements from supervisor

6Wears the required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) of his position properly. Strictly follow all safety policy to avoid any injury.

7Actively participate in finding issues and risks during production and submit them by CI (Continue Improvement) cards actively.

8Finish all required training on time and finish all other work-related trainings which are helpful to his/her job.

Learns all work-related knowledge of CPS Lean and 6 Sigma actively and apply them to his/her job

10Performs Standard Work Sheet and all other quality management policy and guideline to avoid quality issue.

11Actively works with related people to analyze the root cause of quality issue and take the action per requirement to avoid similar issue happens again.

Perform production per schedule completely and continuously improve efficiency.

13Timely report to operation supervisor or team lead when the production shut down because of material equipment and quality issues in order to recover to production ASAP or change the schedule.

14Perform 5S and TPM (Total Productivity Maintenance) per requirement.

15Actively focus on cost saving and continuously eliminate all sorts of waste among his/her job.

16Seriously perform all policies and guidelines and finish any other job which is arranged by the supervisor or team lead.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

1Be integrity good communication skill strong consciousness at commitment and teamwork.

2Require Technical secondary school or equal education background major in mechanic is priority. Can read mechanic print and know normal technical requirement over 3years related working experience.

3Can use precision inspection tools gages and so on.

4Good consciousness of 5S & TPM.

5Can read simple information in English.

6Simple computer operation skill.

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
