Key Responsibilities

• Oversee completion of construction handover and horticultural maintenance
• Operate mowers brush cutters blowers and other horticultural tools
• Perform planting mulching pruning weeding fertilising and pest control
• Plan daily workflows and manage team tasks safely and efficiently
• Complete site paperwork including pre-starts reports and SWMS
• Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain a professional site presence
• Maintain and troubleshoot irrigation systems
• Monitor plant and soil health applying treatments as needed
• Assist with seasonal planting and minor landscape updates
• Conduct site inspections and enforce WHS procedures

What You Will Need

• Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks and Gardens (advantageous)
• Drivers licence (Manual or Automatic)
• National Police Check
• Working with Children Check
