The Huston Automotive Group is seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team at Huston Chevrolet in Avon Park FL. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record of success in sales.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all potential and existing customers
- Nurture relationships to build clientele for life & earn referral business
- Bring your A game along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
- Perform high-quality professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and the outs of product offerings optional packages and the latest technologies
- Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analyses
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience automotive preferred
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit
- Enthusiastic about current products and eager to learn new products
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Professional well-groomed personal appearance
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
