Job Summary

Exceptional communication / interpersonal skills and strong emotional intelligence to read and relate to a broad range of clients.
A solid grasp of accounting fundamentals and track record of ongoing professional growth.

Sound like you Heres a few more specifics:

3 or more years of broad based accounting experience to include insight and understanding of financial statements and reports familiarity with the GL / Chart of Accounts and curiosity to identify things that dont look right and research and resolve them.
Experience in audit either internal audit or external.
Experience working with a broad range of outside stakeholders ranging from bookkeeping and accounting staff through Executives and Directors.
Public accounting background is a plus but not required.
Experience working with or in NFP organizations is a plus but not required.
Achievement or actively pursuing the CPA.
Savvy with common software such as UltraTax Excel and others.
