You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Periodic review of the existing clients (incl. monitoring of expiry of identification documents; Identification of UBOs and consultation with UBO registry Bridger alerts management)
- Collaborating with the Compliance Risk Consultant on AML related activities
- Support of ongoing transactional monitoring activities (identification of third-party payments early buyouts)
- Management of reminders in the event of no response from the customer on KYC refresh.
- Initiate the daily screening process and manage the alerts (temporarily until this process gets automated)
- Execution of anti-money laundering due diligence process during customer onboarding
- Verification of Know Your Customer (KYC) information
- Identification of UBOs and consultation with UBO registry
- Support in credit analysis of simple transactions
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year professional experience in a similar position (Credit Customer Service AML)
- Basic knowledge of KYC/AML regulations
- Bachelors degree in economics law finance or similar
- Fluent Romanian and upper-intermediate English
- Ability to recognize risks and ask the right questions to expose risks
- High attention to details and accuracy
- Good command of Excel and Word
