Areas of responsibilities:
Supports procurement activities by collecting analyzing and interpreting relevant data to guide purchasing decisions and supplier evaluations.
Monitors market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Collaborates with procurement and crossfunctional teams to prepare reports dashboards and presentations that support strategic initiatives.
Performs tasks such as obtaining supplier quotations maintaining procurement databases and assisting with contract documentation.
Contributes to datadriven decisionmaking operational efficiency and cost optimization across procurement processes.
Requires strong analytical skills proficiency in datamanagement and visualization tools a solid understanding of procurement processes and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Demonstrates high attention to detail and strong business acumen.
Acts as an expert in procurement processes and procurement systems.
Job Requirements:
A Bachelor Degree in Information Technology Computer Science Mathematics or equivalent
Minimum 5 years in Procurement/Business Analysis/ Financial Analytics
English (fluent verbally and written)
Advanced Excel skills and good knowledge on Microsoft Office suite
VBA Macro for Excel and SQL programming; Power BI; Python
Continuous Improvement Mindset
High attention to detail without compromising the ability to keep track of the assigned ongoing tasks
