Were looking for a talented entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to help us expand our footprint in the Spanish market. Youll be a key player in our Spanish team especially if you are based in either Madrid or Barcelona and work closely with an experienced commercial lead already on the ground. If youre driven sharp and passionate about growing partnerships in hospitality this could be your next move.
What youll do
As Regional Sales Manager youll be responsible for driving Wundermarts continued growth across Spain particularly in the key markets of Barcelona and Madrid. Youll work on the entire commercial process: from identifying prospects and pitching to signing new partners and opening shops.
Wundermart is the fastest-growing company in its industry and after successful launches in 10 other countries we recently entered the Spanish market. Youll build on the foundation weve already created supported by our HQ and working closely with our commercial lead in Spain.
Expect to spend a lot of time in hotels introducing them to our tech-driven shop concept building strong relationships and becoming a go-to name in the local hotel scene.
Youll work hand in hand with your commercial colleague to coordinate efforts share insights and drive performance across Spain.
Your key responsibilities
Own your regional pipeline from first contact to signature
Actively approach new prospects through calls walk-ins referrals and inbound leads
Drive new business by signing and opening shops in your region
Work with both individual hotels and hotel chains/groups
Build and maintain strong relationships across the hospitality sector
Be a trusted local expert representing Wundermart in your region
Collaborate closely with other teams and help improve our offering through feedback and data

Job requirements
Who you are
You live in or near Madrid or Barcelona with the flexibility to travel between cities occasionally
You have a valid drivers license
You bring 5 years of experience in a commercial client-facing role
Experience in hospitality retail tech or B2B sales is a big plus
You have a Bachelors degree or higher in Sales Marketing Business or Hospitality
You speak Spanish and English fluently
Youre a self-starter: proactive goal-oriented and hands-on
You build relationships with ease and know how to close a deal
Youre someone who thrives in a scale-up environment - fast-paced dynamic and full of opportunity
