2026 is set to be a huge year. Our store network is expanding our customer experience is evolving and were growing towards 700 stores. Behind the scenes our Store Development team is making it happenand this is your chance to be part of it.
Were looking for a Delivery Specialist to help bring our new and conversion stores to life across Australia. This 12-month contract role will see you lead the setup of new stores refits and conversionsmaking sure every project lands on time on budget and with our signature standards in place.
Youll be the go-to person on site during these major moments working closely with Retail Operations Buying Planning and Property teams to make sure everything runs smoothlyfrom stock deliveries to merchandising execution to fixture management.

What youll be doing
- Leading end-to-end delivery of new store openings refits conversions and closures.
- Driving on-site communication and coordination between stakeholders and trades.
- Managing store setup timelines and budgets in partnership with our project team.
- Ensuring merchandising standards are met and continuously improved.
- Coordinating fixture planning inventory and store presentation tools.
- Embedding store standards that drive sales and elevate customer experience.
What youll bring
- Experience delivering multi-site store projects in a retail environment.
- Confident leadership on the groundyou know how to coordinate people stock and logistics.
- A strong eye for merchandising and a passion for creating outstanding in-store experiences.
- Great planning and time management skillsyou thrive in fast-moving environments.
- Understanding of retail operations safety and compliance.
- Working knowledge of tools like Microsoft Office AutoCAD SAP or similar.
