We re looking for a dynamic and driven On-Trade Sales Account Manager to grow our footprint across hotels pubs bars and restaurants in Amman. This is a client-facing role for someone with strong negotiation skills industry knowledge and the ability to drive sales through relationship-building and field engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage on-trade sales accounts (bars restaurants hotels pubs)
Conduct in-person visits and follow-up calls with prospective and existing clients
Negotiate deals close new accounts and meet monthly sales targets
Ensure product visibility and execution of in-store promotions
Coordinate internally for deliveries returns and promotional materials
Track account performance collections and client satisfaction
Attend client events and represent the brand on-site
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field
4 6 years of sales experience (FMCG / Beverage industry preferred)
Fluent in English Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in basic computer tools (Excel reporting etc.)
Must have own vehicle and a valid driving license
Must be open to working in the alcohol industry
Self-motivated proactive and performance-oriented
