Job Summary

We re looking for a dynamic and driven On-Trade Sales Account Manager to grow our footprint across hotels pubs bars and restaurants in Amman. This is a client-facing role for someone with strong negotiation skills industry knowledge and the ability to drive sales through relationship-building and field engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage on-trade sales accounts (bars restaurants hotels pubs)

  • Conduct in-person visits and follow-up calls with prospective and existing clients

  • Negotiate deals close new accounts and meet monthly sales targets

  • Ensure product visibility and execution of in-store promotions

  • Coordinate internally for deliveries returns and promotional materials

  • Track account performance collections and client satisfaction

  • Attend client events and represent the brand on-site



Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field

  • 4 6 years of sales experience (FMCG / Beverage industry preferred)

  • Fluent in English Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Proficient in basic computer tools (Excel reporting etc.)

  • Must have own vehicle and a valid driving license

  • Must be open to working in the alcohol industry

  • Self-motivated proactive and performance-oriented
