Job Summary

Client > Management Consulting Company
Ideal Candidate > The Client is seeking a highly capable INTERIM CEO with experience in real estate and infrastructure development and leadership roles across mega city developments or destination projects. The role requires strong capacity of translate masterplan into implementable development phases and coordinate across infrastructure real estate and urban design portfolios
Tasks > 1) Translate masterplan into implementable development phases and coordinate across infrastructure real estate and urban design portfolios 2) Approve and manage developer onboarding performance oversight and compliance with urban planning guidelines 3) Oversee infrastructure implementation and development budgeting in partnership with REH and relevant authorities 4) Lead land sales leasing and value enhancement strategies to unlock commercial value from the land bank. 5) Ensure environmental preservation housing strategy alignment and delivery of livable sustainable and resilient communities 6) Drive end-to-end governance of project development—from planning to execution—and de-risk delivery through strong stakeholder and contractor management 7) Serve as the principal spokesperson for development with internal and external (investors government partners) stakeholder
Required qualifications > 15 years of experience in real estate and infrastructure development with leadership roles across mega city developments or destination projects. Academic background in Engineering Urban Planning or Business Administration; postgraduate qualifications preferred. Master’s degree is preferable
Workload/Location> Full-time Egypt on ground
Start-date > Immediate need > the Candidate needs to give availability within 15-20 days after Engagement Confirmation Letter
Period of engagement > 6 months 6 months
