Job Summary
We re looking for a dynamic Property Consultant and Senior Property consultants with a background in real estate development to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be salesdriven have good English skills and passionate about helping clients find their ideal property. Key Responsibilities:
Handle daytoday consultations with clients to identify their property needs.
Close sales and meet monthly targets efficiently.
Provide highlevel customer service and build lasting client relationships.
Stay uptodate with market trends pricing strategies and real estate offerings.
Coordinate with real estate developers to follow up on projects and ensure target completion.
Conduct site visits and property viewings.

Requirements
Qualifications:
2 5 years of expertise in real estate is necessary.
Prior experience with a developer background is a strong plus.
Bachelors degree in Real Estate Business or a related field.
Strong consulting and communication skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent negotiation and problemsolving abilities.
Good English skills (spoken and written).
Owning a car is a plus.
