Senior Product Manager – Energy Intelligence (12 Month Contract)

Founded in 2022 and with 1000 employees and counting Aira is driving the clean energy revolution by providing homes with modern clean energy-tech solutions such as solar power battery storage solutions and heat pumps. With a state-of-the-art production facility in Poland an HQ in Stockholm Sweden and hubs across the UK Germany and Italy Aira is well on track to install clean energy-tech into 5 million homes by 2034.

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy roadmap and execution of our next-generation Energy Intelligence platform. This role sits at the intersection of user experience and AI across our home energy system heat pump inverter battery and solar. You will shape the direction to ensure our intelligence delivers real scalable customer value.

This is an opportunity for a product leader who thrives on strategic thinking technical depth and complex cross-team collaboration.

What Youll Do

• Own the product strategy priorities and OKRs for Energy optimisation and Aira Intelligence.
• Turn customer insights strategic goals and market trends into clear and actionable product direction.

• Build a deep understanding of the emerging energy and flexibility markets in Europe

• Collaborate closely with UX- App- IoT- and Connectivity- teams to deliver high-impact intelligence features.

• Lead and manage external partner relationships and integration roadmaps.

• Guide your team in problem framing success metrics and customer value. As well as trade-offs prioritization and complex technical decision-making.

• Champion and evangelize Intelligence features across internal and external communication.

What you bring to the team

• Proven experience in product management ideally within energy and/or ML/AI
  
• Strong strategic judgment with the ability to balance customer needs business priorities and technical constraints.
  
• Ability to go discuss in depth with technical teams models optimisation logic data flows architecture
  
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  
• Excellent communication and an ability to bring clarity to complex domains.

Bonus Experience (any combination of these is valuable):

• High-growth scaling environments with rapid market expansion
• Background in energy markets VPPs flexibility services demand response or energy trading.
