About Logistics Department
The Logistics Department manages the inbound storage and distribution of all passenger vehicles across the Compound Operations function the department ensures smooth daily coordination with European compounds accurate stock handling PDI/repair readiness and compliant operational documentation. This role is essential to maintaining efficient vehicle flow cost compliance and overall delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily communication with European compounds regarding inbound/outbound vehicles storage status and operational issues.
- Track compound capacity utilization daily stock movements and vehicle readiness (PDI repair rework).
- Maintain compound data accuracy: stock lists VIN updates CMR/CRM records and compound reports.
- Follow up on PDI and repair quotations work orders completion status and documentation.
- Support invoice collection and verification by coordinating with compounds and the Inventory Team.
- Ensure accurate preparation and timely submission of all operational documents (CMR checklists photos reports).
- Assist in resolving discrepancies during audits stock-taking and spot checks; support audit file preparation.
- Participate in compound workflow improvements process standardization and supplier performance monitoring.
- Provide operational support to NSCs and internal stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Business or related studies.
- Up to 2 years of experience in logistics operations compound management automotive logistics or stock coordination.
- Strong Excel skills and good data accuracy awareness.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Chinese Dutch or other EU languages are an advantage.
- Detail-oriented structured and able to handle deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on attitude and strong teamwork spirit.
