TEAM: SAP Engineering - Talent Management (Learning & Development)

The Talent Management product covers all aspects of managing the Group talent pool including recruiting developing and qualifying employees.

The Learn module covers participant management Learner Lifecycle Management Learning Content Development & Management training planning and implementation (Blended Learning Virtual Classrooms Social Learning Mobile Learning) and qualification certification management based on legal requirements.

Minimum mandatory qualifications:

• SAP SuccessFactors certification in any of the modules is a bonus

Minimum mandatory experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration work
• Proven configuration skills in SAP SuccessFactors Learning
• Learning and talent development process knowledge
• Routinized use of JIRA / xRay / Confluence
• Exposure to Agile methodologies
• Strong commitment to quality

• Experience with Talent Intelligence Hub and Growth Portfolio
• Proficient in Application Testing for SuccessFactors
• Exposure to multinational work environments
• Good attention to detail with a focus on quality and continuous improvement

Requirements & Configuration:

• Collaborate with (sub)product owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Configure and customize SuccessFactors to meet business requirements

Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Execute SuccessFactors Functional Testing & System Integration Testing to ensure that high quality software standards are achieved at all times

Agile & Collaboration:

• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives

Documentation & Knowledge Management:

• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations and processes
• Create and update knowledge base articles

Support & Operations:

• Troubleshoot issues as part of the 3rd level team
• Manage general queries of colleagues and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner

Continuous Learning:

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices
