Job Title: Admin Executive
Job Summary: Highly organized and detail-oriented Admin and Travel Assistant to support our administrative functions and manage travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will handle scheduling correspondence document management and travel logistics with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel Management Coordinate and arrange domestic and international travel for MTM including flights accommodation local transport and visa processing. Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure timely communication of travel plans for group bookings. Liaise with travel agencies hotels and transport vendors to ensure cost-effective and quality services. Handle travel-related documentation reimbursements and compliance with company travel policies. Manage changes cancellations and emergency travel support efficiently.
Administrative Support Support day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functioning. Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for various administrative requirements. Assist in preparation of reports presentations and other documents as needed.
. Vendor and Logistics Coordination Coordinate with vendors for travel accommodation office supplies and administrative services. Ensure timely renewals of service contracts and adherence to service quality standards.
Communication and Stakeholder Management Act as a point of contact between management employees and external stakeholders. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism at all times. Qualifications: Proven experience in administrative roles preferably with travel coordination. Excellent communication and organizationalskills. Proficiency in MS Office. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
