About the role:

We are looking for a highly creative detail-oriented and energetic Brand & Packaging Designer who can lead end-to-end design solutions across product packaging A content and brand communication. The ideal candidate should be a product packaging expert a strong visual thinker and an innovator who stays updated with industry trends and brings fresh ideas to the table..

Specifically this role will involve:

• Develop and execute product packaging designs across multiple SKUs and product categories.
• Create brand-consistent packaging that is visually appealing functional and aligned with market trends.
• Prepare and understand KLD (Keyline Drawing) files and coordinate with vendors/printing partners for final outputs.
• Ensure packaging meets printing material colour and technical accuracy standards.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create high-quality banners campaign graphics landing page visuals and brand communication assets.
• Maintain design hygiene file structure discipline and version control.
• Perform self QC on every file before delivery-checking alignment spelling layers resolution bleed and print readiness.
• Ensure every output is optimized for print digital and marketplace requirements.
• Create visually strong brand assets across social media web ads and print.
• Maintain brand identity consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with product content and marketing teams for integrated design solutions.
• Design A images listing graphics infographics feature highlights product visuals and digital creatives.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create high-quality banners campaign graphics landing page visuals and brand communication assets.

Ideal candidate will have:

• 3 5 years of professional design experience
• Stay updated with industry trends packaging innovations typography colours and consumer psychology.
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Be a quick learner with the enthusiasm to grow and experiment with new concepts.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (primary)
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop
• Working knowledge of CorelDRAW (bonus)
• Basic understanding of Figma for layouts and UI alignment
• Understanding of print processes dielines mockups and prepress workflows

Qualifications :

Graduated from a reputed design Institute or a bachelors degree in Design/Visual Communication / Graphic Design.
