Ideal Candidate > Ideal Candidate is a solid Human Capital Digitalization Strategy Consultant nice to have with experience in Infrastructure
Tasks/Activities assigned > 1) Review current HC digitalization practices policies and systems 2) Identify strengths weaknesses and capability gaps against organizational objectives and workforce needs 3) Compare Client’s HC digitalization practices with leading national regional and global examples 4) Focus on benchmarking digital HR capabilities such as AI-driven insights process automation and data governance 5) Design a Human Capital Digitalization Strategy aligned with overall business strategy and workforce transformation goals 6) Develop a phased action plan (short medium long-term) with key initiatives to enhance HC capabilities 7) Define required outcomes and success measures for each initiative 8) Identify key HR metrics and data sources needed to support data-driven decision-making 9) Design a change management framework to support adoption of new capabilities and practices 10) Support alignment with IT-led implementation plans and ensure coordination across business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements of the position > 1) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance Economics Business Administration Engineering Statistics Mathematics or related fields 2) Proven experience in Human Capital transformation and HR digitalization 3) Local presence in Saudi Arabia with knowledge of Vision 2030 requirements 4) Capability to deliver change management benchmarking and strategy development 5) Excel PowerPoint for executive business case presentations 6) Strong quantitative mindset 7) Excellent communication and synthesis capabilities 8) Proactivity autonomy and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines 8) English (fluent) 9) Arabic is a plus
