Job Summary
- Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets forecasts and financial models to support strategic planning and performance tracking.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management on financial performance.
- Support internal and external audits ensuring timely and accurate documentation and compliance.
- Monitor cash flow working capital and financial risks recommending mitigation strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial planning with operational goals.
- Maintain and improve financial systems and processes to enhance accuracy efficiency and scalability.
- Stay current with evolving financial regulations tax laws and industry best practices in the Kingdom.
- Assist in the implementation of new financial technologies and automation tools to streamline reporting and analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field; CPA CFA or ACCA certification is highly preferred.
- 25 years of progressive experience in financial reporting analysis or accounting within the financial services sector.
- Proficiency in financial modeling Excel and ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong understanding of IFRS Saudi Arabian financial regulations and audit standards.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Experience with data visualization tools
