The Junior Business Developer is responsible for supporting the commercial expansion of the company within the Guatemalan B2B glass sector. This role focuses on identifying and developing new industrial clients in key industries such as food beverage and manufacturing. The position provides continuous support to the senior commercial team throughout the entire sales cycle including prospecting quotations client visits and administrative coordination.
The role requires strong communication skills technical curiosity and the ability to manage multiple commercial activities while maintaining accurate CRM records and assisting with negotiations. Requirements
12 years of experience in business development B2B sales or commercial support
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Marketing or a related field
Basic proficiency with CRM tools and Excel
Availability for regular client visits
Interest in industrial products and learning technical concepts quickly
Strong organizational communication and customer service skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
