This role ensures effective HR operations across all companies within the corporation including recruitment onboarding performance management training compensation processes and compliance with labor regulations.
The manager leads key HR processes such as updating job profiles coordinating training programs supervising recruitment workflows managing HR documentation reviewing payroll-related calculations and ensuring legal compliance in all employee-related matters. Additionally the role involves preparing the HR annual budget designing incentive programs planning employee events and supporting strategic HR initiatives aligned with the organizations long-term goals.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Industrial Psychology
Masters degree in Human Resources or MBA (preferred)
Minimum 5 years in Human Resources Management
Experience managing HR operations compliance and personnel
Experience in training programs performance assessments onboarding incentives and employee relations
Advanced skills in Excel Word PowerPoint
Internet and digital literacy
Knowledge of psychometric testing

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field (CPA certification is a plus). Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role.
