About the Role:
As an Early Years Educator in the Toddlers Room you will play a vital role in providing a stimulating and nurturing environment for our active toddlers. You will be responsible for:
- Creating a fun and engaging atmosphere that caters to the individual needs of each toddler.
- Providing sensitive care and support including toileting routines and encouraging independence.
- Planning and delivering engaging activities that promote physical cognitive social and emotional development.
- Observing and assessing toddlers progress documenting their development and maintaining accurate records.
- Building strong relationships with parents and carers keeping them informed about their childs progress.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the room.

Requirements
Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or a related field.
Experience working with toddlers or young children.
Strong understanding of child development in the early years.
Patient nurturing and energetic individual with excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage a group of active toddlers and create a safe and stimulating environment.
Highly observant and able to identify individual needs and milestones.
Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Required Skills:
Mandatory Qualifications & Experience: Hold a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g. NVQ CACHE Diploma). Must have previous recent experience working within a formal nursery or EYFS setting in the UK. Must provide documentation demonstrating the Right to Work in the UK. Supply a minimum of 2 satisfactory professional references covering the last 2 years of employment. Compliance Essentials (Required Before Start Date): A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for a new one immediately)
Required Education:
Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification with full paediatric first aid. Or nursery assistants require a minimum of 3 months UK experience.
