Job Description

Seeking a technically skilled and security-conscious Identity and Access Engineer to maintain secure scalable identity services. Responsibilities include managing Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) troubleshooting identity workflows improving security posture collaborating with infrastructure and cyber teams and contributing to strategic IAM planning.

Requirements

Clearance level : Must be able to obtain Baseline security clearance

Location : Available for hybrid work arrangements in ACT.

Requirements

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of expert-level experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) Unify Broker advanced PowerShell scripting and Entra ID.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in identity and access management technologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex IAM workflows and integrations.
- Familiarity with Privileged Access Management tools (CyberArk Secret Server).
Strategic Capability:
- Understanding of access governance and control in government environments.
- Ability to contribute to IAM strategy and planning.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and upskill team members.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable Knowledge:
- Cyber Security tools and Australian Government security standards (ISM Essential 8).
- Windows Server environment maintenance and related technologies.
