Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Senior Manager Environmental Health & Safety to join our Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Supply Chain Advanced Therapy organization located in Spring House PA with considerations given to Raritan NJ and Titusville NJ.

Learn more at this role will ultimately support the site operations located in US PA. this role will also be required to support the project phase across both design & construction. For the project design phase the role will require you to be present with our design teams in the US PA region. Once the design phase is completed this role will support the construction and operational start-up of the site. For this you will be required to be on site in US PA. Based on your current location the hiring team will work with you to determine travel and relocation steady state we expect travel to be less than 10%.

Learn more at function is leading the EH&S organization for J&J Innovative Medicines Advanced Therapy plant. This consists of deploying leading and implementing EH&S strategies policies plans and procedures for the campus. Key outcome is ensuring the EH&S team has taken all needed EH&S precautions to ensure continuous EH&S reliable & compliant supply chain research & development activities and is continuously improving in the field of EH&S.
Results are achieved through effective leadership of the New Drug Substance EH&S team and through effective collaboration and influencing key leadership teams on the New Drug Product Site Leadership Team as well as with J&J Enterprise EH&S. All work plan requirements are to be balanced with global and local context. The EH&S lead decides how to convert these into a lean results oriented and compliant EHS approach.
The ability is to reach outside J&J and represent the New Drug Substance EH&S team when meeting with governmental inspectors for the site
