Job Description:

Our product portfolio includes energy devices wound closure endo-mechanical cardiothoracic gyne urology and thyroid and biosurgery surgical devices.

In this role you will be responsible for Surgery portfolio sales specifically Wound Closure & Healing and BioSurgery.

Role Purpose:

  • Achieve agreed objectives and sales targets as outlined in the annual performance cycle.

  • Interact and promote products to key customers and stakeholders.

  • Prepare the launch of new products with the territory mapping stakeholders identification opportunities identification.

  • Contribute for the new products launch success with identification of opportunities and product presentations.

  • Work with Sales Manager and other colleagues to define commercial requirements to grow and protect our business.

  • Ensure key insights from the external marketplace are appropriately shared internally to shape future business plans.

  • Ensure competence in procedural focus area and product portfolio.

  • Act as an ambassador for Johnson & Johnson Medtech aligned to our Credo.

Key areas of responsibility:

Selling

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their specific needs and challenges.

  • Utilize a Challenger approach to educate and challenge clients presenting insights and data that help them recognize new business opportunities.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities aligning solutions with client needs.

  • Conduct consultative presentations and product/service demonstrations highlighting unique value propositions.

  • Stay updated on market trends competitors and industry developments to provide relevant insights.

Teamwork

  • Act as an ambassador for Johnson & Johnson Medtech aligned to our Credo.

Collaborate with marketing support and product teams to ensure a consistent high-quality customer experience.

Clinical Expertise

  • Act as an ambassador for Johnson & Johnson Medtech aligned to our Credo.

Required to attend live patient cases/surgeries

Essential Requirements

  • A bachelors or masters degree

  • More than 3 years of work experience within sales

  • With Challenger mindset: enjoys challenging the status quo with a strong ability to educate and influence clients

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Proactive with a results-driven attitude

  • Analytical skills and ability to understand market data

  • Strong customer orientation and relationship-building skills

  • Drivers license
