Description

As a consultant in the Human Capital Advisory team in our W&R business youll have immediate exposure to real client assignments. This experience will help you build your technical knowledge and diverse industry expertise while you benefit from ongoing training tailored to your career growth. Youll also contribute to projects and business development initiatives in areas including:

  • Organization design

  • Performance management

  • Total reward strategy

  • Rewards compensation andbenefits benchmarking & design

  • Executive pay design andgovernance

  • Board Advisory

  • Fixed pay and variable pay design and implementation

  • Talent management



Responsibilities

You will take on challenges in the following key areas:

Clients

  • Supporting and assisting regional and business leaders and senior consultants in providing the full range of consulting services

  • Building and maintaining relationships with client contacts

  • Delivering projects that meet deadlines and exceed client expectations

  • Identifying ways to improve our processes and ways of working

People

  • Actively sharing your knowledge with others to support their development

  • Building strong colleague relationships and collaborating in cross-functional teams

  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels

Excellence

  • Developing technical knowledge and skills in the area of Workand Rewards

  • Working collaboratively across a range of projects and assignments to ensure client satisfaction

  • Seeking ways to improve quality and ensure excellence in the work you are part of

  • Meeting or exceeding WTWperformance standards for work quality



Qualifications

To start building your future career with us you will need to be:

  • Qualified to masters level in Business Management Human Resources or a related field

  • Able to build strong relationships with colleagues clients and external stakeholders
  • Proactive in meeting clients needs

  • Comfortable preparing and delivering presentations
  • A creative problem-solver
  • An excellent communicator both verbally and in writing

  • An analytical thinker with strong research skills

  • Eager to gain and share new information and knowledge

  • Good at working in teams or on your own
  • Detail-oriented action-oriented and results-focused
  • Able to prioritize manage and deliver multiple projects
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint

Some experience in HR consulting or Client Management roles would also be an asset but it is not essential.
