Job Description:

医師が治療に必要な情報を迅速かつ的確に入手できる環境を整えることは患者の命を守ることに直結します本ポジションでは従来の訪問型営業の限界を超えデジタル技術を活用した新たな情報提供モデルの構築を担っていただきます社会的意義の高いこの役割は医療現場の課題解決に貢献し医療の質向上に寄与します

主な業務内容

CRM顧客管理システムの構築運用医療従事者とのコミュニケーションの中心となる仕組みを設計実装
CRMデータの分析と活用蓄積された情報をもとに事業成長や業務効率化に向けた提案を実施
基幹流通システムの変更プロジェクトへの参画関連部門と連携しながらプロジェクトメンバーとして活動
デジタルコミュニケーション戦略の立案実行HP拡充メーリングリストオンラインミーティングなどを通じて医師が必要な情報にアクセスできるチャネルを構築

医療現場の情報格差を埋める社会的使命50施設を担当するなら50施設すべてに情報を届ける責任がある訪問だけでは限界がある中でデジタルを活用した新しい情報提供の仕組みが不可欠
能動的な情報取得カルチャーの醸成医師や社員が自ら情報を取りに行く文化を育てる
グローバル国内チームとの連携密なコミュニケーションを通じて協働しながら業務を遂行
ITサポート教育の提供社員がデジタル技術を活用して業務を遂行できるようオフィス環境の整備や教育を実施
デジタルリテラシー向上のためのトレーニング企画実施
薬機法などの規制を理解しつつ柔軟で革新的な発想を持つ人材を歓迎
その他関連業務
lEstablish a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system that will be the center of communication in the new business model.
lImplement measures to improve the quantity and quality of data accumulated in CRM
lAnalyze information accumulated in CRM and make recommendations to grow the business and improve productivity
lParticipate as a project member while collaborating with related departments regarding changes to the core distribution system
lDevelop an effective digital communication strategy that fits the local needs and execute it by updating platforms such as SWMJ webpage online meetings and others.
lBuild close relationships not only with domestic teams but also with global teams and carry out work while collaborating.
lProvide digital/IT-related support and education for office environment maintenance and employee work execution.
lOther duties as assigned.
lConduct training programs to enhance employees digital literacy enabling them to actively utilize digital technologies
lContribute to fostering a company culture that promotes the development of highly productive business models using digital technologies
