Reportingtothe DirectorSustainabilitytheData Collection&BIAnalystwillsplit their time betweenboth the Sustainability and HR functions andwillberesponsibleforsupportingaccurateconsistentandtimelydata analysis and reporting. The role will collectcleanseandconsolidatedata from multiple sourcesmaintaindashboards and support improvements in howPeopleand ESG dataismanaged and reported.

The role willsupport the following:

• Produce andmaintainPower BI dashboards and reports that show progress against peoplecultureand sustainability priorities.

• Support the delivery of the People Strategy Metrics and People Scorecard by preparing HR and Sustainability data for reporting.

• Buildingapplicationstoimprovebusinessprocessesandmanagedataatsource.

• Understandthecurrent systemsandworktowards improvingthedatarelationshipsbetweendifferentsystems.

• Reviewingdatacollectionprocessesandassessingthevalidityoftheinformation stored

• Understandingthelawssurroundingthecollectingandprocessingofdataandensuringthatallpoliciesreflectcurrent legislation.

• Usingresearchingandassessingdataprocessingsoftware

• Identifyinganomalousdataandexaminingandeliminatinganyprocessesorproceduresthatcontributetounreliabledatabeingcollected.

• Workingcloselywiththerelevantdepartmentstoensurethatthedatacollection andstorage systemsaresecureandrobust.

• Provide basic trend analysis and insight to support decision-making and planning.

• Projectmanagementasrequired.

• Supporting external submissionsand statutory reports

Thisisachallengingrolethatwillrequiregoodanalyticalandproject managementskills.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

• CollectvalidateanalyseconsolidateandmaintainHR Sustainabilitycontractand supplier performance data.

• Producedashboard reportsfromcontractdeliverydatatoassistcontractcompliancebudgetand strategicreviewsandtrends.

• BuildupdateandmaintainPower BI dashboards and reports for internal and external use.

• Support the production of monthly and quarterly performance reports including HR KPIs engagement turnover absence and ESG metrics.

• Identifyandimplementquality andefficiency improvement acrossthecontractunitsandformulatearoadmapforimprovements.

• AssistinproductionofperformancemanagementreportstomonitorandevaluateKPIsidentifying

trendsandsupporttheoperationalteamstoexceedKPItargets.

• EngagewithHR Sustainabilitybusinessleadersandsenioroperationalmanagers acrossthebusinesstoensurebestpracticein how data is captured storedandreportedenusringoperationalefficienciesare implemented.

• Producecontractandboardreports.

• Provide ad hoc data support and analysis toassiststrategic reviews and planning.

REQUIREDSKILLSANDEXPERIENCE

• 2-3 years in data analysis reporting HRanalyticsor ESG-related roles.

• ExcellentMSOfficeskills(WordExcelPowerPoint)

• Understanding of data lakes

• PowerBIexperienceincludingcreatingdashboards

• Excellentnumericalandanalyticalskills

• Experience producing reports up to board level.

• Experienceofcontractandsupplier management

• Demonstratableabilitytoworkunderpressure

• Goodinterpersonalinfluencingcommunicationandorganisationalskills
