Job Summary

Salary/Position Classification

  • 944.45 - 1194.44 monthly Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)

  • Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No

Purpose of Position

This is a part-time non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in development and implementation of programming for the Office of Community and Belonging The Hilyard Center the Indigenous Student Center and the Pride Center.
  • Post and update webpages and social media accounts with content posts pictures stories and links to external webpages.
  • Attend area-related programs and experiences to provide assistance.
  • Assist with the marketing and advertisement of programs and experiences for the Office of Community and Belonging The Hilyard Center the Indigenous Student Center and the Pride Center.
  • At times work collaboratively with the Division of Marketing and Communications.

Minimum Requirements

  • Current graduate student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits per semester.
  • Knowledge of standard software applications including Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Qualtrics and statistical software (e.g. SPSS)
  • Ability to multitask and function with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
  • Must be resourceful self-directed and work with little supervision
  • Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
