Job Summary
Salary/Position Classification
- 944.45 - 1194.44 monthly Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
- 10 hours per week
- 100% Remote Work Availability: No
- Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No
Purpose of Position
This is a part-time non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in development and implementation of programming for the Office of Community and Belonging The Hilyard Center the Indigenous Student Center and the Pride Center.
- Post and update webpages and social media accounts with content posts pictures stories and links to external webpages.
- Attend area-related programs and experiences to provide assistance.
- Assist with the marketing and advertisement of programs and experiences for the Office of Community and Belonging The Hilyard Center the Indigenous Student Center and the Pride Center.
- At times work collaboratively with the Division of Marketing and Communications.
Minimum Requirements

- Current graduate student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits per semester.
- Knowledge of standard software applications including Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Qualtrics and statistical software (e.g. SPSS)
- Ability to multitask and function with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
- Must be resourceful self-directed and work with little supervision
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
