Bachelor level in relevant social study (Human Resource Management

Thorough knowledge of labor law social security law.
Knowledge of/ experience with a job evaluation system
Knowledge of/ experience with a personnel information system (preferably SAP)and Excel.
Interviewing skills
Minimum experience required for the position: 7 years of experience in general HR position in a professional environment (preferably large international industrial companies)
Communication skills easy to approach team player tactful but persistent when necessary.
