Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term service product strategy and positioning aligning with GEHCs overall business goals to identify market opportunities and define the competitive edge of service products.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle management including coordination of product research & development iteration and optimization to ensure deliver high-quality service products. Manage and guide the commercial team to develop region-specific go-to-market strategies driving user acquisition and expanding market share across healthcare industry in GC.
- Monitor product performance metrics (e.g. revenue profit margin customer satisfaction) and optimize product strategies dynamically to ensure product competitiveness and profitability targets are met.
- Drive innovation in service products to gain first-mover advantage in the GC market. Act as the primary regional stakeholder collaborating with global teams (Product R&D Finance teams) local sales field service and external partners to resolve cross-departmental/ cross-regional challenges and ensure seamless execution of NPI.
- Lead develop and scale a high-performing product marketing team establishing clear performance metrics and a culture of innovation and execution.
Qualifications Required
- Education: Bachelors degree or above.
- Work Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in product management (focused on service products) preferably in healthcare industryexperience in leading full-lifecycle product development 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Leadership: Excellent leadership skills to motivate develop and manage diverse teams; experience in building and scaling teams to support business expansion.
- Language: Strong English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Skills: Strong analytical and presentation skills
