Job Summary
EPS Customer Care HOME OFFICE
Conduent is looking for bilingual (English/Spanish) agents for customer service!
Training starts (December 15 or earlier)
EPS (Electronic Payment Services) has the responsibility of resolving doubts complaints and escalations regarding the use of cards benefits and tools related to the United States government regarding welfare.
Requirements:
Customer service experience
Conversational English 80%
PC Management (office tools)
Schedules:
Monday to Friday
6 am to 8 pm shifts will be delivered after training as required by the business.
