During the summer holidays Whitgift runs its own summer school for international students utilising all its fantastic facilities and modern boarding house. Whitgift Summer School with its innovative and exciting English language and academic courses along with activities which involve English speaking students is designed to appeal to girls and boys aged 11-17 from all over the world.
We are seeking to appoint a Videographer/Content Creator who will work closely with the year-round International Education Administrators. They will work on the summer school marketing portfolio including content creation for social media channels assist with updating the website creating editing and producing the pre-summer video weekly videos and promotional video. This is a 6-day a week role.
The post holder will be responsible for developing creative compelling and engaging content in order to drive brand awareness in the international education sector. The Videographer/Content Creators work will be used across various campaigns website blogs publications social media and newsletters both internally and order to promote Whitgift Summer School to a wider audience the post holder will create engaging content on all aspects of the summer school to be published across all social media channels. The Videographer/Content Creator will also be required to assist with administrative duties associated with the running of a busy summer school. This is the ideal role for a promising videographer looking to develop their portfolio.
The successful applicant will be highly motivated show a significant degree of initiative and be able to work efficiently and calmly even at times of particular pressure. Inter-personal and logistical skills of an especially high order will be required. The post requires a person of a friendly and co-operative nature with a flexible approach. First-rate written skills and an excellent command of the English language with a high level of attention to detail are essential. Candidates must have strong proficiency in IT particularly with Microsoft Office.
