Purpose:
The FP&A Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for the development and delivery of business performance reporting and analysis of the P&L Balance Sheet and Free Cash Flow statements for multiple Canada MD businesses. This includes leading forecast cycles quarter closes and driving process improvements and standardization.
You will be responsible for:
Build comprehensive calendar and deliverables for forecast cycles including communication and coordination across all facets of Finance
Deliver value add business performance reporting and analytical capabilities
Lead all aspects of managing the risk profile for supported businesses including coordination and development of solutions that maximize growth while delivering income commitments in a compliant manner.
Shape deliver and communicate key management presentations in partnership with finance and business stakeholders
Partner with key stakeholders to ensure all Bravo submissions are timely and accurate for forecast cycles
Active leadership in building FP&A organization and culture including roadmap for moving broader MD Finance forward on the SIGNIFI journey Shape and lead future efficiency enablers including system implementations process standardization and reporting and analytical automation efforts
Qualifications / Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required preferably with a major in Accounting Economics or Finance is required.
Masters/MBA degree preferred. A CPA CMA or other financial certifications are preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of finance accounting or related business experience is required.
Knowledge of Medical Device business is preferred.
TM1 / Anaplan experience is highly preferred
Strong communication framing presentation skill along with solid interpersonal negotiating and influencing skills is required.
The ability to partner & work independently with associates at all levels of the organization including interacting with senior management and operate in a highly complex environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously is required.
This position may require up to 10% domestic travel
