We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Project Manager & Scrum Master. This hybrid role combines traditional project management responsibilities with Agile facilitation supporting successful delivery of projects and fostering a collaborative high-performing team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning scheduling and tracking projects ensuring alignment with scope timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate team activities and stakeholder communication maintaining transparency and accurate documentation.
- Prepare status reports dashboards and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
- Support risk and change management processes and escalate issues when necessary.
- Help maintain a healthy product backlog and ensure clarity of priorities.
- Identify and remove impediments to team progress promoting continuous improvement.
- Coach team members on Agile principles and encourage collaboration.
