About the team

Mambu is one of the fastest-growing cloud banking platforms in the world and marketing is at the heart of that momentum. Were building a high-performing product marketing team to help shape the future of financial services. Our global marketing team of 20 works across brand content product and acquisition partnering closely with product sales and other teams to bring bold ideas to market and drive meaningful growth.

• Partner with Product to define messaging value propositions and positioning for payments and core banking solutions
• Plan and execute go-to-market activities for product launches and updates ensuring alignment across teams
• Create impactful sales enablement tools content and training for customer-facing teams
• Provide actionable market and competitive insights to inform product and go-to-market strategy
• Collaborate with customer marketing to develop customer success stories and advocacy programs.
• Guide the content team to produce product marketing content that supports thought leadership and lead generation

• 46 years of B2B product marketing experience in SaaS ideally within fintech banking technology or payments
• Proven track record of supporting successful go-to-market strategies for technology products
• Strong skills in creating sales enablement content and messaging for different buyer personas
• Ability to analyse market and competitive trends to guide product and marketing decisions
• Experience in customer marketing including advocacy case studies and retention activities
• Excellent written verbal and visual communication skills in English with strong storytelling ability
