Role: Project Manager (BTS)
Contract Duration: 01/06/2026 - 12/31/2026
Work Location: Saskatoon SK
Years of Experience Junior Intermediate or Senior
Role Description / Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT Project work
- Manage all phases of project work including all Cameco process work that is necessary to move projects through their life cycle
- Complete project status reports and documentation necessary to move work through Cameco processes
PM activities will include:
- Conduct project initiation
- Conduct detailed project planning
- Oversee and manage project execution
- Perform project monitoring and control
- Perform project closure
Within the project phases above the following processes are to be performed as applicable:
- Build and manage project schedule. Assign and track tasks to core project team members.
- Project stand-ups
- Bi-weekly management updates
- Perform project management processes for scope integration time cost risk quality human resources communication and procurement o Manage project issues actions risks and key decision items
Skills / Previous Experience
- Proven IT Project management skills both technical skills and people skills
- Ability to work in MS Project For The Web and Jira
- Ability to leverage SAP for access to financial data for project reporting
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
