Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs by multiple business units. To be effective in this position you must feel comfortable owning the entire architecture development process from inception to completion.
Qualifications :
What you will need to succeed:
- Minimum of 4 years in an enterprise or solution architecture role preferably within financial services and core banking domains.
- Strong proficiency in microservices architecture and RESTful web services
- Experience working on Kubernetes Docker and modern development practices
- Familiarity with AWS Azure GCP and both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and facilitate customer workshops to gather non-functional requirements
- Experience in strategic planning and oversight of solution design and implementation
- Communication: Effective communicator with the ability to engage with clients understand their needs and articulate appropriate solutions
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders tailoring content and messaging to suit the needs and expectations of the target audience.
- Team Collaboration: Demonstrates a team-oriented ethical empathetic and collaborative approach
- Diplomatic and flexible in working across diverse teams and environments
