The overall goal of the Group Risk & Compliance (GRC) function is to protect the Group brand and to support the successful execution of the Groups business strategy through the delivery of an integrated risk and compliance programme across the Group. GRC supports the Board and senior management to fulfil their statutory and regulatory obligations by helping to ensure compliance with the laws regulations principles and codes established by our regulators and more generally by supporting the effective and continuous development and operation of the Groups Risk Management Framework.
We are currently hiring for an Analyst to join our Risk Assurance team. The role holder will join our team of risk professionals as part of the GRC function and be a key member of our newly established second line Risk Assurance Team. The role holder will take responsibility for delivering assurance reviews including scoping planning fieldwork and reporting. The role holder will also be required to partner with the business to provide value added assurance reviews playing the role of critical friend to further help enhance and improve our internal control environment.
What youll do
- Youll test the Technology Control Environment by assessing control design and operating effectiveness ensuring risks are properly mitigated.
- Youll act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders providing guidance on internal controls process efficiencies and risk management strategies.
- Youll review technology changes and business processes holistically evaluating end-to-end risks and recommending improvements to strengthen controls.
- Youll identify and assess complex technology risks contribute to audit efficiency through automation and continuous monitoring and deliver high-quality assurance reports with actionable outcomes.
- Youll apply strong analytical skills to learn business processes regulations and controls focusing on high-risk areas to reduce residual risk and enhance organizational resilience.

Qualifications :
About you
- You hold a degree and/or relevant professional qualification with proven expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Assurance.
- You have a strong track record in performing assurance reviews testing controls and delivering high-quality risk assessments within financial services or consulting environments.
- You build credible lasting relationships through consistent and authentic behavior demonstrating excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills that influence effectively at all levels.
- You are organized delivery-focused resilient and determined with the ability to multi-task work under pressure and thrive in complex environments while leading teams successfully.
- You bring valuable company product and market knowledge with fluency in English and an additional European language as a plus.
