Job Summary

We are looking for a Solution Architect to shape the architecture for H&Ms Warehouse Management and Automation landscape across both H&M-operated and 3PL warehouses. You will translate business needs into scalable designs analyse current solutions identify gaps and guide teams toward stable efficient and future-proof warehouse operations. 

You will be part of the Warehouse Value Stream working closely with logistics operations engineering and external partners to ensure our warehouses run with high performance automation readiness and strong integration across the supply chain. You will also contribute to strengthening our Architecture Community by developing standards and best practices. 

This is a unique opportunity to join team of Solution Architects working on cutting edge retail solutions within our company within several different areas from product creation through warehouses and tech. 

 

WHAT YOULL DO: 

  • Translate business and technical requirements into clear architectural blueprints 
  • Analyse and improve existing WMS automation and integration landscapes 
  • Create solution roadmaps and transition architectures for global warehouses 
  • Design integrations across WMS automation systems ERP/SAP and logistics platforms 
  • Provide architectural guidance on options risks dependencies and security considerations 
  • Align stakeholders on business and tech implications of future warehouse direction 
  • Ensure solutions follow enterprise architecture data privacy and continuity standards 
  • Support technology evaluations and vendor selections 
  • Analyse design develop maintain and communicate solution roadmaps and transition architectures. 
  • Create architectural designs to contextualize solution(s) development provide leadership and collaborate with teams to ensure the products/solutions are aligned with business and IT goals including the overall enterprise architecture e.g. relevant technology strategies policies standards and practices are applied. 
  • Evaluate and drive continuous improvement reducing technical debt and enhancing end-to-end business value.  

 

WHO YOURE: 

  • 5 years of experience designing complex solutions 
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or Warehouse Automation (AS/RS conveyors robotics sorters) 
  • SAP WM or EWM exp is plus 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to conceptualize end-to-end warehouse flows 
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences 
  • High ownership attention to detail and adherence to architectural governance 
  • Collaborative mindset with openness to change and learning 
  • Depth in one architectural area plus broad knowledge across logistics or supply-chain tech domains 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience with large-scale Agile product organizations 
  • Knowledge of Azure or GCP 
  • Experience with data/AI solutions in logistics or warehouse optimization 

 


Additional Information :

Please note:As our culture and teamwork are very important to us four days (80%) per week of in-office presence in our office are required. 

This is a full-time position with placement inStockholm
