A major part of responsibility will be to manage a group of Managers Architects and Leads responsible for all aspects of the design and development of new products and services
Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans
Identifies and champions internal and external best practices tools and ideas to improve execution and quality with the right set of controls in place for execution. Drives an organization of efficiency accountability and ownership
Grow and coach engineering talent nurture and retain senior talent including Engineering Managers Architects and acts a mentor for engineers. Develops and drives strategy to hire develop and mobilize talent for the organization.
Cross Site Cross functional Collaboration: Should be able to operate in a complex org structure and collaborating with multiple stakeholders globally.
Establish alignment of vision strategy delivery working with cross functional teams and stakeholders including senior leaders across geographies.
Strategic thinker evaluate current pain points evangelizes new technology understands and identifies new opportunities based on trends. Willingness to learn and participate in defining standards and open source initiatives.
Participate in presales activities to provide technical solutions estimates and deliver appropriate proposals for RFPs
Banking/Finance domain experience is an added advantage
Qualifications :
1218 years of overall IT experience with proven leadership in engineering product development or technical delivery roles.
Demonstrated experience leading large globally distributed engineering teams including Engineering Managers Architects and Technical Leads.
Hands-on experience delivering complex technology solutions aligned to business goals and customer objectives.
Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban SAFe or similar) with ability to scale agile practices across teams.
Proven track record of managing multi-account or multi-project portfolios ensuring benefits realization and consistent high-quality delivery.
Significant experience working with cross-functional teams (Product Architecture Business Stakeholders Operations etc.) across multiple geographies.
